Day 1 Tire
Warm up 3 min jog around lawn alternating with jumping jacks3 rounds of the following
3 min Tire flipping1 min rest
3 min Box jumps onto tire.
1 min rest
3 min sledge hammer to the tire (alternate arms half ways)
1 min rest
3 min reverse sit ups on tire
1 min rest
3 min planks around the tire (switch directions half way)
3 min rest.
